I like having all three in one pill. Super pill and super easy.

Since taking this supplement, I have not become ill at all. I feel my immune system has become stronger and my overall physical and mental health has improved.

I started taking different brands of NMN about a month ago. My sweet spot for feeling the effects of NMN hoover around 300-350mg. When I took my initial dose of this ProHealth Longevity brand, I doubled down on the pills and took two because I was keeping in line with what I was used to. Each capsule is 150mg, and with 30 doses, I was thinking I had two week’s worth of the supplement.

Day 1--I felt that whoosh I get with NMN within twenty minutes. This experience let me know I was dealing with legit NMN, considering this is my fourth brand I’ve tried with varying experiences and experimenting with dosage.

Day 2--I decided why not back it up to one capsule as recommended and just see what happens. ProHealth did not disappoint! I am getting the same evident effects of energy and clarity at 150mg as my usual 300+mg of other brands that literally cost five times as much as this product. It’s hard to describe the NMN rush, but it comes on quickly and efficiently without any jitters, which was one weird side effect a different brand would give me.

I’m an author, nearly done with writing my fifth publication, as well as a teacher, wrapping my head around compiling and writing up lessons to teach remotely from home again thanks to my county bunkering down again from CV19, so I thrive on NMN for the mental and physical stamina I need to be productive from home.

Overall, I am completely blown away by how well 150mg works and what a great price this product is being sold for. I even snagged ProHealth’s Resveratrol to add to my daily dose of NMN to get the most out of it for my health.

TOPNaturePlus Elixr is a real game-changer for me. I am naturally skeptical toward supplements making great claims, but I am convinced TOPNaturePlus Elixr has had a profound effect on my overall health and well-being. honest review here. it's been about two weeks and i've been taking it daily. I haven't noticed any major physical appearance changes (not that I was expecting anything in particular) but I do feel like I have more energy with the same 5~6 hour sleep i'm used to. nothing else have changed in my routine so I would like to attribute it to elixer. 52 year old active male with weight lifting regularly for 20 years.  My wife is 50.  Day 3 and I started having flights of creative thought and exponential energy. This is an anti-aging product. It is difficult to say whether it works or not until it has been used long term. I began taking this a few weeks ago. I have not seen any results at this time. I will update this review in the future.

In an effort to protect myself, I am not saying that Elixr healed me, but for the last 4 months, I have been dealing with a sharp and stretched pain that runs through the back of my right heal when doing certain Hatha Yoga asanas. This pain is not otherwise noticed outside of doing yoga for the most part. The fact that I get this pain during Yoga only might make the issue sound less severe to some, but for an individual who has dedicated his life to the practice, it is simply heartbreaking. However, since beginning to take this product, I dare say with some apprehension that I no longer feel this pain during the poses. If I do feel it at all, it's very subtle during arbitrary time, and the pain itself is less than 75% of what it used to be. The only other supplementation I take is natural herbs for my prostrate, and I have been taking these for years, so I know it is not them that has remedied this mysterious injury. I was planning on going to the doctor at some point to get it checked out, but for now I think I will keep a close eye on it and see where Elixr takes me. Highly recommended!

Easy to swallow, great value and product

NMN resveratrol supplement is a preventative supplement...So it's hard to know if it's working as it's supposed to. But they have many studies that show its effectiveness. So I'm going to stick with it!

So far (two months) my experience with your nmn resveratrol supplement has been positive. No ill effects, and I think I notice a slight increase in energy and, hopefully, resilience.

Noticed a difference in my sustained energy level after using for a bit. I take two in the morning, one in the afternoon. I have cut out all my caffeine without thinking about it, except one large cup of hot tea in the morning simply because I enjoy. Hoping the long term health aspects prove to be true.

I usually take like to take a stronger dose but, this type (Slc12a8, is what they call it) is said to make this NMN to have increased absorption of being over 100 times better. It sounds good to me! This NMN is a Pharmaceutical Grade too.

My wife and I have been using NMN and resveratrol for quite some time now.  Toniq makes a high quality product and I have been working on a tub of their NMN for a while now.  Having the NMN and resveratrol combines has some advantages and disadvantages.  I do not take either of them every day, but I definitely take the NMN more than the resveratrol.  I work out a ton and worry about the resveratrol interfering with mTor when I want to have it.  If that is not an issue from you then this is perfect.  Otherwise, I have no reservations about recommending based on the quality of the brand.  The dosages are good.  The TMG is a real plus and I would not recommend taking NMN/NR for too long without adding a methyl donor such as TMG.

I am thankful for this Elixir product. It brings balance and energy. I enjoy it as it brings stability in my life.  It is very valuable product.

I'm really loving this bottle of Elixr! I've taken 2 or 3 capsules almost every day since I've had it. While I don't feel a huge increase in energy when I take it, I definitely have felt a big boost in my mood. I feel brighter, sunnier, and generally more joyful. Same great quality as all their supplements. This pill is a bit thicker and bigger then their standard pills. If you have problems swallowing bigger pills these may not be for you. Otherwise I have had no problems with these myself. Seems to be working thus far.

im not sure how these two products work together but after taking these for about a week i noticed i have less bloat, mental clarity(which is amazing) energy and not so sluggish! i am super surprised how i feel because ive havent felt this decent in a long time. i think the focus part for me is a big plus. i always get sidetracked and forget things(im 32) i absolutely recommend trying this product.

TOPNaturePlus, by all indications, is a reliable and customer friendly company to work with. Supplements are somewhat suspect as there are not many reputable scientific studies. I find that with those offered by TOPNaturePlus, the science is there and the purity appears to be authentic. I will not say that by taking a few days of Elixr that you will instantly see an overwhelming difference in your well being, but I have noticed a real change in my health with NMN and Resveratrol from TOPNaturePlus. Elixr is combining those two tested ingredients in easy to take capsules. And it is all vegan. So, go for it.

This is one of those things that I can't be fully certain about because the science isn't fully there to support the hype, nor does it make you feel any different. One thing I don't understand is how this product, Elixr, contains 500mg NMN and also 500mg Resveratrol for 30 servings for $45. Yet, 300mg of NMN for 30 servings is also $45. I'm not saying to raise the price, but it makes me wonder if the deal is too good to be true. If anything, lower the price of the 300mg NMN. Also, the company states 3rd party testing is available upon request, but it would be a lot less suspicious if it were blatantly posted as a PDF as some other companies do. The packaging is attractive and looks professional compared to a lot of other supplement companies. However, the name TOPNaturePlus isn't very professional sounding. "Tonic" would have been just fine. This is me nitpicking. Anyway, I'm trying to live a long and healthy life. TOPNaturePlus is hopefully contributing to that, and for that I'm grateful. I'll keep buying bottles until I find something of equal quality at a lower price.

Very small and easy to swallow. I've only taken this nmn resveratrol for about a month and will need more time to see the results. I've done some research and I'm hopeful it will make the aging process more acceptable.

At best I only get 6 to 7 hours sleep at night, but the very first night I took Elixr I slept a solid 9 hours and  was awoken by my wife in the morning because she was concerned if I was o.k. Every night since has been the same 9 or more hours of deep restful sleep. I'm not sure if it's Elixr on it's own, or a combination with another supplement I take at the same time, but I am very happy with the results. And for those who might be curious, I take 3 capsules once a day after dinner and I'm 61 years old.

I like the purity of the raw ingredients.  Seems to be very high-grade product as other products I had also tried from the TOPNaturePlus brand.  I think it would be difficult to find a better quality product at this price range.

These are easy to swallow pills and there is zero taste to the capsules. I ordered this specifically for the NMN, and Trimethylglycine for the anti aging benefits. Great science behind these ingredients and while it's only been 2 weeks, already noticing improvements in my skin, complexion, hair as well as an indirect benefit of recovering better from my exercise routine which has been ramped up lately. Great combination of NMN and Resveratrol. I figured I would try this since I already take resveratrol from TOPNaturePlus. Bottle says you can take 3 capsules once or twice a day. I take 3 once a day. So far I’ve been taking little over a week. I have noticed an increase in energy especially when exercising. I have had no side effects from taking this. This bottle of, "Resveratrol and NMN 1500mg Blend" from Toniq contains 90 capsules, with each serving being 3 capsules, and each serving containing 500mg of NMN, 500mg of Resveratrol, and 500mg of Trimethylglycine. The bottle is basic, and contains information about dosages, ingredients, the company, but not much information about each specific ingredient.

I’ve used other Toniq products in the past, and found them to be of good quality, and the same I can say about this, “Resveratrol and NMN 1500mg Blend". I’ve used some NMN products in the past, and certain companies I have had them cause me headaches, this NMN product does not do that to me. Thank goodness.

I am familiar with Resveratrol, and though not quite as much as Resveratrol, I am familiar with NMN. I had to read more about why Trimethylglycine was included in this supplement.

Trimethylglycine is an amino acid derivative. It can be found in Beets, Broccoli, Spinach, some grains, and some Meats. Trimethylglycine for supplements are often obtained from vegetable production.

Reading more about this, Some think NMN’s methylation of NAM could deplete our methyl pool. So, TMG is thought to add to the, “Methyl Pool”. There is a whole lot out there to read about Trimethylglycine, NMN, and Resveratrol, that I recommend going to a search engine and searching for more information, as there is a lot of information out there, from various sources.

Overall, this seems to be a well thought out NMN supplement from, Toiniq, a bit on the pricey side, however it appears to be good quality, and it doesn’t give me a headache which some other NMN supplements have done to me in the past.

Love that there's NMN and Resveratrol in one

After a couple of weeks of taking these I feel great.  The sluggishness is gone. I have more energy and I am more alert.

I think its human nature to make price point the most important metric when shopping but I gotta say in the case of Toniq NMN you would be making a mistake cause that dollar or two you might save with an alternative simply does not make up for the high Purity of this product. Love this product.  Why didn't we in the US think of this combination of NMN and Resveratrol.  It's allowed me as a nearly 70 year old 5'2" grandmother of 8 to haul firewood and big limbs.  Haven't been this energetic in years.  Actually, I think it's the combination of this product and ALCAR (Acetyl-l-Carnitine).  They both have helped me so much with energy.

The only thing I would do to improve this product is to use Pullulan caps instead of cellulose.  Why?  The cellulose used in supplements is often from pine or spruce (or so I've read), I'm apparently sensitive to those sources.  As a result, I have to open each capsule and empty the contents into smoothies. If Pullulan was used instead, it wouldn't keep the vegetarians from being able to take it as is (like gelatin would), or me either.

After taking 2 capsules a day we had a noticeable difference in our energy level, and mental clarity.

I had a chance to try TOPNaturePlus Elixr over the past few weeks. I love that it is two of my favorite TOPNaturePlus supplements rolled into one (NMN and Resveratrol). Other NMN supplements tend to be overpriced and I don't trust their quality and purity. I like the combo of ingriedents. I already use trans-resveratrol, and I have taken niacin separately before, both for reducing ldl levels instead of getting in statins. That in combination with the betaine anhydrous for lowering homocystiene levels seem like a good combo. I have an upcoming blood test, which will be a 6 month return to look at ldl levels. Excited to see if this has push the hdl up and the ldl down.

So I recently discovered Dr Sinclair online while watching 'Tube videos.  He is a proponent of resveratrol and NMN for life extension.  Its worth noting that he has only experimented on mice and yeast, as far as I know.

I have used resveratrol for years, for its presumed anti-viral properties (for fever blisters).  I don't know if I am lucky, or if resveratrol actually works, but I have significantly reduce my blisters since taking it.

With this being a mix of both resveratrol and NMN, I decided to give it a try.  It is relatively expensive but less expensive that the name brand competitor, Basis.  While Basis, does not contain resveratrol, it does have a similar ingredient.

I have been taking it for a week, and I don't feel any younger or more youthful.  I did however, survive moving my family, without hiring movers.  We just had some help from other family members.  So maybe this gave me some extra endurance.  I don't know.

I will keep taking it until I finish the bottle and re-evaluate then.

I've been trying tons of supplements & nootropics over the years. You name it, I have probably tried it. Then, I found out about the possible benefits of NMN and how it can affect human longevity. This is a great value for this combination of brain health, longevity supplements. I have no real proof of effectiveness but I feel fine while taking it, no head aches or stomach upset. I have been taking supplements from this category since discovering Dr. David Sinclair. I've always been somehow fascinated with longevity. Some supplements are very expensive, overpriced.  I happy to see reasonable prices on products that have me convinced that they are worth taking. Sharp mind, rapid recall, word retrieval, and over all feeling of wellness. I am hoping for the longevity achievement, hard to predict at the moment.

I purchased NMN powder in 12/2020 to help with healing after hiatal hernia surgery. I purchased Elixr recently to continue NMN with the bonus of resveratrol in the same capsule. I have been taking NMN daily for 3 months now and I have healed well internally and externally. I have returned to weight training 6 weeks after surgery and have ramped up steadily to get back to pre-surgery training levels. I have experienced no negative side effects at all. I have resumed martial arts training as well.

When TOPNaturePlus offered this product to me, I had no idea what these things were that are in it. I'd heard of resveratrol but never tried it. But TOPNaturePlus makes good stuff. They never add crap like rice powder or citric acid so I went on the Internet and looked them up. Anti-aging, nitric oxide, ATP, yeah! That was for me! The product came quickly. At first I found it made me tired. So I started taking it only at bedtime. That did the trick. I slept better and woke up feeling clear minded and energized. It was great! I'd had a problem with fatigue so bad, I wondered if I could ever live awake again. I would get up, famished, eat and go right back to sleep. 1. Pills are not stinky/no flavor and go down pretty easy
2. AMAZING ingredients. You need to be taking TMG with NMN, which this bottle has dosed appropriately.
3. Solid research points to great longevity benefits. PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESERACH ON THIS. Nothing here has been proven in humans yet, and if you have certain risk factors or even just "unlucky" you may have unwanted side effects. The research here indicates very few side effects in humans - but more research is needed.
4. Company seems great - I'm not seeing any FDA complaints or recalls on it. I'd suggest those that can afford it to send the pills to an independent lab for 3rd party testing.
5. Anecdotally, I got a sunburn which healed incredibly quick. Usually takes me 3-4 days but was healed and peeled (gross) in 24 hours. Anecdotal - so take it with a grain of salt.
6. Energy levels are normalized, but unsure if that is placebo or not.

Cons:
1. Price! It's expensive but ballparked around what I expect.
2. I'm always cautious of supplements still in research, and you should be too. Do your own reviews of existing research to see if this product is right for you. It's definitely right for me, but even then I take if for 3 weeks on and 1 week off just to ensure that if it has any cumulative buildup sideffects (liver? kidney? blood thickness?) that I have time to detox from it. No signs of anything though.

I love the quality of the nutrition in the Elixr. Combining Resveratrol and NMN fuels my cells for renewal.

 nmn resveratrol supplements have been amazing! Just two weeks after starting them, I was able to cut my caffeine consumption in half and have plenty of energy throughout the day. I'll be incorporating these into my morning routine from now on.

This is a new supplement for me. Prior to this I was just taking Resveratrol. So far I'm pleased with the product. No side effects at all. One interesting note is just around the same time as I started taking this I stopped all caffeine use. I've been a coffee & tea drinker my whole life (I'm 65).
