So far my experience using this NMN has been feeling a bit tired when taking more than one capsule a day. What I also experienced was a noticeable improvement of my eyesight. I have to stare at a screen for most of the day and after taking it 3 times a day for 2 days I noticed my eyes are able to tolerate longer screen times without eye fatigue as well as being able to easily read subtitles from the TV in the living room at a distance I wasn't able to before. Not quite sure what else I will experience since I take it off and on because of how tired it makes me feel at times so I wait until the feeling subsides and resume use with a smaller dose by taking half a capsule here and there. I also bought their resveratrol and found that when I take NMN together with resveratrol, I don't feel as tired or not tired at all. I read the book by Sinclair, but I only tried this NMN supplement as a test. I was hoping to clear some morning fogginess without adding more caffeine. I took just one a day (because it's a bit expensive for me) for 60 days (1 bottle). At the end, I didn't purchase another one. Until day 63 or so when I realized I didn't feel as good. The fogginess, which I hadn't realized had improved, was back. And so was a general tiredness and lack of focus. Thank goodness for speedy Amazon shipping. It has boosted my energy level somewhat.  At 73 years of age I feel great.  Five stars on all three levels.
I'm 73 years old.  A year ago I was prescribed statins for high blood pressure.  I did three things.  1  I exercised slightly more, like 20 - 30 inclined (hands on the bath vanity, feet on the ground) and 10 - 20 squats per day is all.  2  I went on an intermittent fast.  fasting 16 - 18 hours a day, and eating in a 6 - 8 hour window.  3  I began consuming NMN, 500 mg per day.  Within three months I lost 10 pounds and my blood pressure dropped into the normal range.  4  I threw the statins away.

My new care giver called me a genius.

(Statins side effects are serious beyond any beneficials.  Look it up.)

I believe the NMN regimen was partly responsible.  The exercise a little, and the intermittent fasting probably contributed the most to my recovery.

I have been taking this formulation of NMN and Alive by Nature NMN for 6 months. When AlivebyNature came out with their sublingual dosage form, I started that as some recent research indicates higher bioavailibility to the organs and cells. A recent article by biochemists published 1-7-19 has shown high bioavailability in the gut, which earlier research contradicted, hence AliveByNature offering of a sublingual dosage form. I am taking both. Having had some kidney disease, since taking NMN it is reversing to where my kidney function is about 90% normal for my age-65. GFR has increased 15% ,creatinine levels, back to normal, no proteinuria.  I have had 4 lab tests for these values in the last 6 months with 2 different labs to account for lab error.
The nephrologist (kidney specialist) cannot explain it, and he is skeptical of any supplementation. I explained the possibility of increased cellular function resulting in improvement of kidney function, all which is a highly probable result of rejuvenating cells with higher levels of NAD+. While he understood this supplementation could account for the improvement, physicians generally cannot endorse supplements without concrete clinical studies of their efficacy.
I will continue to take this supplement, as my overall energy levels have increased having suffering from chronic fatigue. This could have been due to the kidney disease. While I cannot prove this supplement is causing my kidney function to improve, which normally does not happen as we age, it is highly coincedental that my lab values have been steadily improving since I started taking NMN. Human clincal studies have started since many researches understand the importance of age-related decline in NAD+ levels. I will continue taking this and submit another review in 3-6 months.

As a daily vitamin supplement, we have no complaints about this brand of NMN. Daily recommended dose is two pills, so a bottle is a month supply.

I have been using various suppliments for 40 plus years. This product has exceeded all my expectations, I have a new bounce in my step and physically feel energized with a new vitality. I've been taking NR for almost a year now, and recently tried NMN. Hands down, NMN has noticeably out performed the NR product I was taking. NMN (to promote NAD+ metabolism to reduce aging),  Resveratrol (a substance found in red wine) and Metformin (prescription drug for diabetes) are found to be effective for longer and healthier life for mice and other animals. We are not scientists/medical researchers, but we would like a longer and healthier life. Since we started taking NMN and and resveratrol (can’t get Metformin) 8 months ago we feel energetic and a visibly healthier body with no cold, no fever, no fatigue, etc. We love it.

I switched from taking nmn capsules to these high potency sublingual lozenges.

I have been using the Double Wood NMN product now for several months. I learned of it through reading the latest books about longevity gene studies currently underway in many medical fields. Most notable is David Sinclair’s book, "Lifespan: Why We Age―and Why We Don't Have To".  I take at least 500 mg a day along with 1 gram of resveratrol.  I don’t believe that modifying genes themselves is going to solve mankind’s medical problems; individual lifestyle and epigenetics are more the determining factors.  But like most supplements, NMN - (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is meant to boost the process the body already is doing to prolong its “genetic” youthfulness.  NMN has been shown to aide in the process of restoring NAD which improves the health and responsiveness of our mitochondria.  No small matter as mitochondria create the energy every second of our lives, which in essence, is us.

I’m just short of 70 and more active than most, I imagine. Several years ago I was put on a cholesterol lowering statin drug called Crestor, which ruined in 3 months what had been lifelong strong, healthy muscles in my legs.  I’ve since stopped the statin drug and feel much better since taking NMN and other supplements that focus on improving my body’s health rather than regulating it with pharmaceuticals.  The Double Wood NMN is a solid product to help me stay healthy and young for as long as possible.  I would recommend it to adults of any age.

I was skeptical, even after learning about the research related to this molecule.  However, I was impressed with the immediacy and effectiveness of it.  Like most people thinking of purchasing NMN, my primary motivation was to hopefully, in some vague way, increase longevity.  I wasn't expecting to feel anything, let alone an increased ability to focus, a high sustained level of energy  lasting all day, and an increased motivation to move along with a significant reduction in aches and pains.  The only downside is that this increased energy can occasionally make it a bit difficult to fall asleep, but once asleep I'm fine.  I was able to reduce this by taking it first thing after breakfast and also playing around with the dosage.  I also recommend resveratrol, TMG, D3 with K2, and some magnesium glycinate to help D3 absorption.  This brand of NMN is really great, in my experience.

I'm also a runner and NMN gives an extra boost to train harder when I need it. All in all a very good product.

My wife and I (42) have been taking this product for 6 months now. We started with 2 capsules per day 250mg and 500mg resveratrol. The effect was nice, more energy, mental clarity and both of us started looking younger. We recently in the last two months upped our dosage to 4 capsules per day 500mg nmn and 500mg resveratrol and it's a dramatic game changer. DRAMATIC! If you can afford it, I recommend 4 capsules per day in the morning on an empty stomach and 500mg of resveratrol. (But don't just jump into it, start slow like we did to make sure you can handle it.) Tried this on recommendation from a colleague who told me it gave him relief for knee pain. I have almost no cartilage in one of my knees, resulting in pain when I run. Until about 10 days ago. I noticed recently that my lower legs were feeling 'old' again. And it kept getting worse. Knees hurt, too. I traced things back to starting a new bottle of NMN. After switching to another bottle, my legs have recovered again. So, quality control may be an issue.

Beyond that, I have been absolutely thrilled with what this product has done for me. Between it, (mostly) clean eating, and quality exercise, I'm in the best shape that I can hope for: ~8% body fat, running 25 miles per week, 3  strength workouts per week.  At age 57.  In my case, NMN has definitely shown itself to be an anti-aging supplement..

I take quite a few supplements and have tried many others over the past several years, first for anti aging, then for peri menopause, and now for Multiple Sclerosis.  I'm happy to report that I haven't had a negative reaction to NMN. Since I'm still working on the first bottle I haven't noticed anything dramatic, but my story is going to be different than the average healthy person not already on a ton of other things. The research on NMN looks very promising so I will continue to take it. I don't take it every day because I have to rotate my supplements as not to overload my system. One reviewer said to take TMG with it so I did get some TMG as well.  The explanation is long for that, so you can research it online.  Overall, so far I've had a positive experience with NMN but will know more after the 2nd or 3rd bottle. The supplements I take have been helpful to me and I definitely notice a difference when I don't take them. I also mostly follow the Wahl's protocol for diet so that helps a lot as well. Diet and nutrition can make a Huge difference in your life and prevent a lot of serious illnesses. Everybody stay well.

A friend introduced NMN tablets to me, It works well for me.

This product worked for me. I noticed that I am not as sore after workouts and I am able to complete the next day exercise without soreness. My caffeine intake has declined, and I also have experienced (what must be a faster metabolism) shorter sleep cycles. I wake up earlier than I expect and I do not experience tiredness throughout the day. Psychologically, I think I need more sleep and this product has affected my sleep duration. My wife noticed the weight loss from working out and started stealing my pills!

After reading other reviews, I decided to go with Double Wood for my NMN supplement. It’s clean, well packaged, fairly priced, and has certified lab results to back up its claims. I’ve been on this now for a couple of months and feel a difference. I met with my doctor before starting this supplement and had blood work done.  I’ll be getting blood work and a physical soon and can’t wait to see the results.

My husband has been intrigued with recent studies showing strong support of the efficacy of NMN supplements. However, the most remarkable event has occurred. Our 20 year old cat has been on subcutaneous fluids for kidney problems for two years now. She would have died two years ago without that treatment. She was just skin and bones, lethargic and shutting down. The NMN has been one part of a series of changes I began making about a year ago as I approached 50.  Where I used to take no supplements, I now take fish oil, turmeric, a multi-vitamin, Resveratrol, vitamin d+k, and the Double Wood NMN.  I also went from sedentary to running several miles a day and lifting weights.  I lost 30 pounds, and feel better than I've felt since I was in my 30's.  I don't know how much the NMN contributes to these changes, but I'm not planning to make any modifications to supplements or exercise given the benefits I've realized.  When I was researching NMN, Double Wood had one of the better reputations, even if it's a bit pricier than some.  I've been taking daily now for 8 months.  NOTE:  Double Wood is sending me a free bottle based on answering a survey they sent.  Within that survey, they asked that I leave a review.  The free bottle was not contingent on leaving a review, and did not impact my comments.

I don’t understand why more people aren’t mentioning sleep quality being improved in these reviews but maybe it’s because of the dose I’m taking.
